Vision Vehicle Solutions Ltd was established in February 1995 to assist motorists and passengers involved in non-fault road traffic accidents. Today our specialist ‘in-house’ and ‘mobile’ teams provide extensive knowledge in the accident management arena – working directly with the public, corporate organisations and our business partners who include Body Shops, Recovery Operators, Claims Companies, Insurance Brokers and Solicitors.

We are one of the founder members of NACHO, one of the two main trade bodies in the credit hire industry and as such have been influential in its development. In 2000, we were one of the first companies to achieve working protocols with all the major insurance companies who currently include: Admiral, Churchill, Direct Line, E-Sure, Norwich Union, Privilege, Zurich and many more. This agreement, put in place and mediated by the Association of British Insurers (ABI), enables us to provide our services and benefits to all our customers under a pre-agreed and approved framework.

The ethos of Vision is to provide the highest possible level of service to our customers both directly and through our business partners. We achieve this through constantly reviewing our working practices, investment in the development of our staff, technology and overall training. Our commitment has been rewarded with the ‘Investors in People’ award, achieved in 2007.

We consistently strive to improve our services wherever possible and this has been acknowledged by our business partners who demand a first-class, professional service.
