Win a luxury break for two.

To activate your Vision Accident Care Card simply enter your details on the form provided. In the event of an accident simply call the number on your card for priority access to our accident helpline 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All completed registrations will be entered into our bi-monthly  prize draw to win a luxury break for two at the award winning Stoke Park Pavilion based in Stoke Poges, Buckinghamshire; including complimentary use of the gym, 13 multi-service tennis court, fitness studio classes, indoor pool with inbuilt hydro-seat Jacuzzis and Italian marble steam rooms.  The prize also includes one nights’ accommodation for two people and a beauty treatment at the Spa.

This prize must be taken by December 09 and booked by the prize winner directly with Stoke Park. Vision cannot be held responsible if this prize is not taken within the timeframe stipulated or for any accommodation or beauty treatment charges that may apply due to cancellation. The winner of the prize must comply with the clubs terms and conditions of booking and all other guest rules and regulations with regard to use of all facilities. Any failure to comply with these terms will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
